With less than a week to go until the Spank Industries Dirt Wars Final Weekender at Rocket World on Henstridge Airfield in Somerset things are getting exciting!! The course is almost fully built and the parts that are completed are riding nicely. Thanks to Jordan English & Freddy Pulman for helping us put together the little teaser vid.
We also have some more important information for you on next weekend’s event…
- The Trails will NOT be open to ride on Friday 28th.
- The course will be open for practice from 10 am on Saturday 29th to riders registered for the competition ONLY.
- Camping will be available on Friday 28th & Saturday 29th. £3 per person per night camping fee.
- Camping open from 5pm on Friday 28th
- Spectators FREE unless camping, then camping charges apply.
The plan is to get some music on and have a few ciders on the Saturday night, with possibility of lake jumping – if you fancy doing it please bring a wetsuit and a suitable bike.
There will be food available on site through the day but there is also the local pub & shop in the village if you need anything.
To keep a bit of variation to the event we are looking at using just half of the course on Saturday (the NASS replacement event) so that the full RocketWorld course can be unleashed for the final round of 2012. Keep your eye out for more news on the site, facebook & twitter.
