Dirt wars! Speaking as a now fully professional free ride mountain biker. Travailing the world and hosting a top level mtb event of my own. Dirt wars was my doorway to it all! Giving me the opportunity to meet like minded individuals
with buckets of passion. Having never fitted in at school and any academic subjects

Muc-Off Athlete
Dirt wars was where it all started for me, picking up my first jump bike in 2020 and started competing in 2021 from then on riding all the events I could and from starting at a local uk event series, really got me into competitions and
pushed me to ride bigger events until I headed all the way to the biggest events in the world
Freddy Pulman
HEL.MTB Athlete
Dirt Wars for was the only route into competitive Slopestyle/Dirt Jumping. Without it there was nowhere to showcase your talent . I climbed the raks from an Open/AM Rider to Pro/Elite Level enabling me to pick up sponsorship deals
along the way. Without DWUK most of the Pro Riders in the UK wouldnt be where they are now.
Si Paton
Malverns Director
The Dirt wars contest is a cornerstone of the Malverns Classic and truly define the festivals energy and identity. It brings together the very best dirt jump riders in the
country and beyond. It’s a highlight of the weekend drawing huge crowds to the arena and creating
that electric, festival atmosphere we are known for.

Redbull Athlete
Dirt Wars was the on ramp to my professional mountainbike career, its where I learnt to compete and where I learnt about slopestlye features and how to ride them. Its also where I met a network of friends which I still ride with now. I had
the best time at the Dirt Wars competitions and they are so important to the UK dirt scene.
