After the wettest start to the year possible we were really lucky to get the sunshine beating down on us for Round 1 of the DMR Dirt Wars British National MTB Freestyle Series at Chicksands Bike Park near Shefford, Bedfordshire.

The Turn out for the start of the series is always awesome at Chicksands as the riders know with the soft landing on the last they can really throw it down and reopen their trick bags after a winter of riding skate parks, indoor facility's and air bags.

So after a week of trying to get the website back from hackers we final have it back and can now release details of our first ever Ladies Dirt Jams at Chicksands Bike Park on the 11th of May.

Strat time: 11.30am 

Finish: 17.00pm 

Entry Fee £20

We will be kicking off the day with a nice easy jam session to get everyone riding the jumps (we will be taking over the whole jump area for the day) with some prizes being thrown out for trick's thrown down. 

Around 1.30pm we will be holding a whip off comp, with prizes for best whips and whip attempts.

Ok so the dates are in and we are all ready for the 2024 DMR Dirt Wars Dirt Jump Series.

We are going to start the series off at SandBay Trails in Weston Super Mare, Somerset on the 14th of April for a bit of a Jump Jam to get the riders back in the swing of things ready for the start of the comp series in May. It's just going to be a small event with best trick, High jump, best whip and rider of the day awards.

We will then be going on to ChickSands Bike Park in Bedfordshire for Round 1 of the series on the 12th of May.
